Support for every part of your  journey.

Clear pathways for healing, connection, and growth — wherever you are right now.

You don't need to be in crisis to ask for support.

Individuals & Seekers

Adults navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, or life transitions.

Anyone who senses more meaning is possible, but doesn't know how to access it.

Courageous people who are seeking more clarity, fullness, meaning, and the missing parts of Self — those navigating trauma, immature caregiving, chronic health conditions, or addiction, and ready to move past blame and shame into curiosity and self-compassion.

Mothers & Caregivers

Those who give everything to others and are quietly running on empty.

You deserve to fill up your own cup before anybody elses, to feel, to sense what you need and go for it.

You are worth it-give yourself a permission to be yourself, to self-care and live authentically, without pretense.

The future generation is learning from you as you are breaking damaging patterns.

The people you support will notice the difference in giving from your heart versus from obligation or responsibility.

Those Who Are Grieving

Loss of any kind — a person, a role, a version of yourself, a dream, a relationship or something you never had but needed and wanted.
Grief is much more than sadness. It is 'the other side of love', and honouring it frees us to love and live more deeply.

Services

Individual Counselling

Individual Counselling

1:1 sessions tailored to you — in-person or virtual.

One-on-one counselling creates the space to slow down, feel genuinely heard, and start making sense of what you're carrying. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes and designed around your specific needs — not a protocol.

Challenges I support

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and chronic stress — overthinking, worry, panic, and phobias

  • Depression, hiding, isolation, numbness

  • Dissociation,  people-pleasing

  • Grief and loss — death and non-death related life transitions:  new parent, empty nest, perimenopause, menopause, retirement, loss of self to addiction or chronic illness, aging

  • Burnout and depletion from overworking / overachieving, and systemic harms (racism, ageism, other 'isms')

  • Life transitions — family, career, relationship, identity

  • Perinatal and postpartum mental health

  • Trauma and its lasting effects

  • Difficulties with interpersonal communication and relationships

I acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional territory of Lekwungen-speaking Coast Salish peoples of the Songhees Nation,  Xʷsepsəm Nation, and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples, whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day. This is only a small part of the reconciliation efforts needed to acknowledge past mistakes, heal our relationships and live in harmony on this planet.
